AIL Plus Health Services Discount Program

This discount program provides members and their families with point of service discounts for pharmacy, vision, chiropractic, hearing, vitamins, dental (Powered by Humana), diabetic supplies, lab testing, MRI & CT scans, and durable medical equipment. Also available is a telemedicine option allowing members access to convenient, round-the-clock physician consultants via phone or internet (a consultant fee applies). Fulfillment is digital, via email, and members have quick and easy access to their AIL Plus program through the AIL PLus app and web portal. This program is not insurance, so members are not required to fill out forms. All they need to do is provide their AIL Plus member information at the time of service.

Child Safe Kit

Endorsed by the International Union of Police Associations and the American Federation of School Administrators. This kit provides parents with a means to gather and store vital information needed by authorities to search for a missing child.

For members who return the response card, an AIL representative will:

• Personally contact the member to schedule a brief meeting via phone or Zoom to explain the No-Cost Benefits.

• Review the voluntary supplemental insurance benefits available.
